 ■ Installation and use 

 1, first check the frame, whether the deformation fan, fan rotation is flexible, with or without friction phenomenon. Check all fasteners are complete, tighten, there should be explosion-proof certification number. 
 2, line voltage must match the motor rated voltage. 
 3, with a 500V megger check the motor insulation resistance, the resistance value if less than 50MΩ, the application of drying method or drying of short-circuit current method to insulation resistance greater than 5 MΩ. 
 4, must be equipped with explosion-proof switches to do with a small power switch, or switch installed outside the ordinary non-explosive dangerous place. 
 5, then the power of cable diameter should be in line with the seals, tighten the compression nut and cable seals shall be guaranteed after, the outlet is no gap between the nozzle or lose flameproof performance. 
 6, the assembly should be proof to ensure the gap is less than 0.2mm, replace the motor bearing grease, the grease grades for the ZG-2H complex Ca-Run. 
 7, non-explosion-proof electrical wiring section is not disassemble, wiring, open wiring chamber cover, penetration leads to terminal, and connected, the cover cap screws to tighten the gap is less than the explosion-proof surface 0.2mm, then tighten the outlet device, the leads can not traverse.
